1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using SynthTrade ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions
("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
2. Service Description
SynthTrade is a cryptocurrency transaction routing service ("crypto funnel") that facilitates the
transfer and management of digital assets. The Service does not provide investment advice, financial
planning, or portfolio management services.
3. Eligibility
To use the Service, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
- Not be located in a jurisdiction where the Service is prohibited
- Comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations
4. Prohibited Jurisdictions
The Service is not available to residents or citizens of countries subject to comprehensive
sanctions, including but not limited to North Korea, Iran, Syria, Cuba, and Crimea. We reserve the
right to restrict access from additional jurisdictions at our discretion.
5. Account Registration and Security
5.1 You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
5.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including
private keys, passwords, and authentication methods.
5.3 You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
5.4 You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized access or security breach.
5.5 We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain adequate
security.
6. Cryptocurrency Risks
6.1 Volatility: Cryptocurrency values are highly volatile and can result in significant financial
loss.
6.2 Irreversibility: Cryptocurrency transactions are generally irreversible. Once executed,
transactions cannot be undone.
6.3 Technical Risks: Blockchain technology is subject to technical failures, network congestion,
protocol changes, and other technical issues beyond our control.
6.4 Regulatory Risk: Cryptocurrency regulations are evolving and may affect the availability or
legality of the Service in your jurisdiction.
6.5 No Insurance: Unlike traditional bank accounts, cryptocurrency holdings are not insured by any
government agency or deposit insurance scheme.
7. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the Service to transmit funds derived from illegal activities
- Engage in market manipulation or fraudulent trading practices
- Violate any applicable anti-money laundering (AML) or know-your-customer (KYC) requirements
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
- Use automated systems (bots) to access the Service without authorization
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
9. Fees and Payments
9.1 All applicable fees will be clearly displayed before you confirm any transaction.
9.2 Fees are subject to change with reasonable notice posted on the Service.
9.3 You are responsible for all network fees (gas fees, miner fees) associated with blockchain
transactions.
9.4 All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
10. Transaction Limits and Delays
10.1 We may impose transaction limits for security or regulatory compliance purposes.
10.2 Transaction processing times depend on blockchain network conditions and are not guaranteed.
10.3 We reserve the right to delay or cancel transactions if we suspect fraudulent activity or Terms
violations.
11. Taxes
You are solely responsible for determining what taxes, if any, apply to your transactions. We are not
responsible for determining, collecting, reporting, or remitting taxes arising from your use of the
Service.
12. Privacy and Data Protection
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these
Terms by reference. We collect and process personal data in accordance with applicable data
protection laws.
13. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text,
graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of SynthTrade and are protected by
copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
14. Disclaimers
14.1 No Warranty: THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND,
EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY,
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
14.2 No Financial Advice: We do not provide investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. Any
information provided through the Service is for informational purposes only.
14.3 Third-Party Services: We are not responsible for the performance, availability, or security of
third-party blockchain networks, wallets, or services.
15. Limitation of Liability
15.1 TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SYNTHTRADE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT,
INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF
PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR CRYPTOCURRENCY.
15.2 OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF FEES YOU PAID TO US IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS
PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.
15.3 Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability, so these limitations
may not apply to you.
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SynthTrade, its officers, directors, employees, and
agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising
from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
- Your violation of any third-party rights
17. Compliance and Reporting
17.1 We comply with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorist financing (CTF)
regulations.
17.2 We reserve the right to request additional information to verify your identity and the source of
funds.
17.3 We may report suspicious activities to relevant authorities as required by law.
17.4 We may suspend or terminate accounts that fail to provide requested compliance information.
18. Account Suspension and Termination
18.1 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for:
- Violation of these Terms
- Suspicious or fraudulent activity
- Legal or regulatory requirements
- Extended inactivity
18.2 You may terminate your account at any time by contacting customer support.
18.3 Upon termination, you must withdraw all funds within 30 days, subject to applicable laws and
pending investigations.
19. Dispute Resolution
19.1 Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of

19.2 Arbitration: Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration

government actions, blockchain network failures, or technical infrastructure failures.
21. Changes to Terms
21.1 We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.
21.2 We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Service and updating the
"Last Updated" date.
21.3 Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
21.4 If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Service.
22. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall
continue
in full force and effect.
23. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SynthTrade
regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
24. No Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or
provision.
