SynthTrade is a cryptocurrency transaction routing service ("crypto funnel") that facilitates the transfer and management of digital assets. The Service does not provide investment advice, financial planning, or portfolio management services.

3. Eligibility

To use the Service, you must:

Be at least 18 years of age
Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
Not be located in a jurisdiction where the Service is prohibited

4. Prohibited Jurisdictions

The Service is not available to residents or citizens of countries subject to comprehensive sanctions, including but not limited to North Korea, Iran, Syria, Cuba, and Crimea. We reserve the right to restrict access from additional jurisdictions at our discretion.

15.2 OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF FEES YOU PAID TO US IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.

18. Account Suspension and Termination

18.1 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

18.3 Upon termination, you must withdraw all funds within 30 days, subject to applicable laws and pending investigations.
